OUR PROJECTS
Aerovision Tech
Power grid monitoring in an urban agglomeration
The project involved using drones for regular inspection of 150 km of overhead power lines in a large city. The drones performed visual and thermal imaging surveys, which made it possible to identify 25 potential issues, such as wire overheating and insulation damage. This reduced scheduled maintenance time by 30% and increased power supply reliability by 15%.
Analysis of heating network condition in a residential complex
In this project, drones were used to inspect 10 km of heating networks serving a new residential complex with 500 apartments. Specialists conducted thermal imaging surveys, which identified 8 leaks and inefficient sections of the pipelines. Based on the data obtained, a heating system modernization program was developed, leading to a 20% reduction in heating costs.
Mapping and monitoring of pipelines at an oil field
Drones were used to create detailed maps and monitor the condition of 200 km of pipelines at a remote oil field. Aerial photography identified 12 sections with corrosion and damage, allowing repair work to be carried out promptly and preventing potential accidents that could have led to financial losses.
Inspection of heating mains in industrial zones
In this project, a drone conducted regular inspections of 50 km of heating mains in industrial zones where access to pipelines was limited. Using thermal imaging equipment, specialists were able to quickly identify 5 sections with elevated temperatures indicating leaks. This minimized production downtime by 40 hours per year and reduced energy costs by 15%.
Creation of 3D Infrastructure models for modernization planning
The company developed a project to create 3D models of electrical and heating networks using drones. High-quality images covering 100 km of infrastructure were obtained through aerial photography. These models aided in modernization planning, leading to optimized resource allocation and a 25% increase in network efficiency.
